A history…

The Lui Family from Qingdao, China were the original founders of Juicy Dumplings. They came to New Zealand in the noughties. Initially they set up a Chinese restaurant in New Lynn, Auckland where people loved their pork, chive & prawn dumplings. 

Seeing an opportunity to get people eating dumplings at home they decided to share their recipes so set up Juicy Lui, Juicy Dumplings that have mainly been available in Asian supermarkets & restaurants. 

The Lui family have now moved on but we are so excited to spread the word, get these dumplings more widely available & to help you to cook them up at home because once you have sussed all the cooking out, dumplings are just so easy but more importantly, super yummy to have on hand.
